If your group has exclusive use of the center and/or is the only group on site, then yes, you may choose your menu. If we have multiple groups on site, then the food service director will set the menu based on the needs of all groups to accommodate the broadest range of people. Guests with severe food allergies and dietary needs will be accommodated; advance notice is greatly appreciated.
